Today's Stock Market Overview By CapitalHeight


सेंसेक्स 190 अंक बढ़कर 25816 पर और निफ्टी 64 अंक की तेजी के साथ 7915 पर बंद

इन्फोसिस के अच्छे नतीजों से उत्साहित होकर घरेलू मार्केट दिन के ऊपरी स्तर पर बंद हुए है। बीएसई का 30 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स 190 अंक बढ़कर 25816 पर क्लोज हुआ है। वहीं, एनएसई का 50 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स निफ्टी 64 अंक बढ़कर 7915 पर बंद हुआ है। आज के कारोबार में इन्फोसिस का स्टॉक 5.5 फीसदी बढ़कर 1237 रुपए के भाव पर क्लोज हुआ है। जबकि इंट्राडे में स्टॉक 7 फीसदी बढ़कर अपने उच्चतम स्तर (ऑल टाइम हाई) 1267 रुपए के पार पहुंच गया था।

प्रोडक्शन फ्रीज पर सहमति नहीं बनने से क्रूड 5% गिरा
रविवार को कतर की राजधानी दोहा में ओपेक और नॉन ओपेक देशों के बीच क्रूड प्रोडक्शन फ्रीज को लेकर हुई बैठक बिना किसी नतीजे के खत्म हो गई। इसके बाद क्रूड कीमतों में तेज गिरावट देखने को मिल रही है। इंटरनेशनल मार्केट में क्रूड 5 फीसदी तक टूट गया है।

The market has opened sharply higher despite weak global cues, tracking Infosys' Q4 earnings. The Sensex rose 193.64 points or 0.76 percent to 25820.39 and the Nifty climbed 41.75 points or 0.53 percent to 7892.20.

 Today's Market Tips:-
  • The Indian rupee opened flat at 66.63 per dollar today against Wednesday's closing of 66.64.
  • Commodity currencies slumped while the safe-haven yen soared after global oil producers fail to agree on an output freeze, sending oil prices tumbling anew.
  • Asian markets were trading weak as oil tumbled after a summit of top oil producers in Doha failed to reach an agreement to freeze production.
  • Infosys on Friday, delivered good fourth quarter results after 3 successive beats; dollar revenue was slightly lower. It posted FY17 guidance of 11.5-13.5 percent.
  • TCS will declare its Q4 numbers later today. The company is expected to deliver a dollar revenue growth of 1.4 percent. Margin improvement is seen on account of 2.3 percent rupee depreciation. TCS along with another Tata Group company has been slapped a fine of USD 940 million in a trade secret lawsuit by US grand jury, which could weigh on the stock.

Market Outlook:-
The market rebounded on Wednesday after a sell-off in previous two consecutive sessions.
    The 30-share BSE Sensex rose 208.93 points to 25109.39 and the 50-share NSE Nifty climbed 63.25 points to 7660.25.
         Lupin, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank, Sun Pharma, Hindalco Industries, Vedanta and UltraTech Cement topped buying list in early trade.
        The Indian rupee has opened marginally higher at 66.48 per dollar today against previous close of 66.54.
Asian markets too are trading in the green.
        Sun Pharmaceutical Industries shares gained 2.6 percent intraday after the company acquired 14 established prescription brands from Novartis AG and Novartis Pharma AG in Japan.

Market Outlook:- 
The Indian rupee rebounded in early trade on Thursday after hitting a 28-month low in previous session. Battered crude oil prices bounced back from their lows on Thursday, propelling solid gains in Asian shares and the dollar. 
        Geoffrey Dennis of the firm says global markets are very close to the end of selling. He believes that China is rebalancing its growth and that global economy is in a decent shape. 
           The European Central Bank will keep all interest rates on hold when it meets on Thursday but highlight increasing growth and inflation risks, raising the prospect of further policy easing later this year. 
           Axis Bank, BHEL, SBI, Hindalco Industries, ICICI Bank, Adani Ports and Tata Steel were leading gainers in early trade. 
           Indian stocks ended at a fresh 20-month low on Wednesday dropping to their weakest since before the election of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on increasing concerns the country will be hit hard by the growing turmoil in global markets.

  • The Indian rupee has opened marginally higher at 66.82 a dollar compared to 66.86 per dollar in previous session.
  • Pramit Brahmbhatt, Veracity says considering weakness in equity market, the rupee has managed to remain below Rs 67/USD.
  • Abraaj Group, a Dubai-based private equity investor, said on Wednesday it plans to buy a majority stake in Quality CARE India Ltd, which runs CARE Hospitals, from global PE firm Advent International, marking the emerging markets-focused firm's latest investment in India.
  • E-commerce startup ShopClues.com raised funds in a new round that values the company at more than $1.1 billion, propelling it into the growing ranks of Indian unicorns.
  • Asian shares crept off four-year lows on Wednesday as China's efforts to stabilize its currency brought a moment of calm to equity markets, even as oil marked a sorry new milestone under USD 30 a barrel.
  • Shares of Apple rose 1.5 percent on a broker upgrade, underpinning the broader market.
  • Crude futures rose on Wednesday for the first time in eight days, with US oil pulling further away from the widely watched USD 30-per-barrel level breached the previous session, after US crude stocks unexpectedly fell last week.

  • The market started off last day of the year on a positive note. The Sensex rose 36.08 points to 25996.11 and the Nifty gained 9.25 points at 7905.50.
  • The Indian rupee opened lower by 6 paise at 66.45 per dollar on Thursday against previous day's closing value of 66.39 a dollar.
  • Asian share markets looked set to end a rough, volatile year on a subdued note on Thursday as a renewed slide in oil prices sapped sentiment, a baleful trend that shows every sign of lingering into 2016.
  • Coal India, Dr Reddy's Labs, Infosys, Tata Steel, Hindalco and Idea Cellular were early gainers while ONGC, NTPC, ICICI Bank, HUL, Adani Ports, PNB, Power Grid Corporation and BPCL lost ground.
  • Markets are likely to operate in 2016 with an assumption of 3-4 US Fed rate hikes which should continue to result in dollar strength.
