Today's Intraday Market Overview; Sensex closed up 481.16 points


The Nifty has ended at highest level since January. The 50-share index was up 141.50 points or 1.8 percent at 7850.45. The Sensex closed up 481.16 points or 1.9 percent at 25626.75. About 1557 shares advanced, 1119 shares declined, and 152 shares were unchanged.

M&M, ICICI Bank, Maruti, BHEL and Bajaj Auto were top gainers while Infosys and Adani Ports were losers in the Sensex.
The buyback announcement by Wipro, feels Kawaljeet Saluja, executive director & head of research at Kotak Institutional Equities, is basically a tax-efficient cash-distribution approach adopted by the company, given the high tax incidence on dividend distribution.
Saluja agrees tightening of execution under the new chief executive at Wipro and opportunities to capture low hanging fruits in terms of business are positives which might aid growth in FY17.  However, sustainable growth and convergence of growth rate with the industry will take time, he says citing reason for a reduced rating on the stock.
India's fuel demand surged to its highest level in at least 15 years in the fiscal year ended March, driven by growing appetite for gasoline-guzzling vehicles and a boost in mining and manufacturing activity.

Globally, gold climbed as much as 1.07 percent to USD 1,251.70 an ounce in Singapore today.
           Gold prices rose 0.53 percent to Rs 29,284 per 10 grams in futures trade today as speculators raised their bets, taking positive cues from global markets.Market analysts said rise in gold prices at futures trade was largely in step with a firm trend overseas as global economic-growth concerns boosted the metal's appeal as a haven asset.
                       Sun Pharmaceutical Industries shares gained 2 percent intraday on approval from the US health regulator for anti-inflammatory drug. One of wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, on April 9, received approval from US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for new drug application (NDA) related to BromSite (bromfenac ophthalmic solution) 0.075 percent. The drug is used for the treatment of postoperative inflammation and prevention of ocular pain in patients undergoing cataract surgery. BromSite, developed by InSite Vision, is the first non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) approved by the USFDA to prevent pain and treat inflammation in the eye for patients undergoing cataract surgery.
             The soon-to-be launched snow park at Adlabs Imagica is a move towards achieving cash break-even for the company, says Kapil Bagla, CEO of Adlabs Entertainment . Bagla hopes the theme park to break even in FY17. Spread across an area of 30,000 sq ft, the expected footfalls for the snow park is around 3000-4000 per day, which will increase the annual capacity to 15 lakh. The theme park is located just off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Bagla expects revenue from the snow park to be around Rs 15-18 crore, and says it would contribute about 25 percent to the total Adlabs business.

Intraday Market Update; Sensex falling 108.77 points to 25290.88



The market continued to see selling pressure with the Sensex falling 108.77 points to 25290.88 and the Nifty declining 36.70 points to 7722.10 ahead of first monetary policy of the RBI in financial year 2016-17. Market Outlook:-
The market breadth was weak as about 916 shares declined against 732 advancing shares on Bombay Stock Exchange.
       
Adani Ports topped selling list on Sensex, down nearly 3 percent followed by ITC, Tata Motors, Bharti Airtel and GAIL with more than 1 percent loss while HUL gained 1 percent.
       
Maruti Suzuki India has officially announced that it intends to double its existing sales network by 2020. Currently, the dealer network of India's largest carmaker comprises of 1,820 traditional dealerships spread across 1,470 cities. The company is planning to add another 200 dealerships in the current fiscal which will increase the total number to over 2,000. The carmaker expects that increasing sales network will help them in attaining their goal of selling 20 lakh units by 2020.

         The market has opened weak on Wednesday. The Sensex is down 68.30 points or 0.3 percent at 25262.19 and the Nifty is down 11.30 points or 0.1 percent at 7703.60. About 375 shares have advanced, 264 shares declined, and 25 shares are unchanged.
          The Indian rupee has opened lower by 5 paise at 66.75 per dollar against previous close of 66.71 a dollar.
            Asian shares consolidated their gains, shaking off earlier losses following attacks on the airport and a rush-hour metro train in Brussels as investors look to a brightening global economic picture.
          Shares of Kilburn Engineering gained 9 percent intraday as it has approved a proposal to merge McNally  Bharat Engineering with itself.
 
        Asian shares slipped on Wednesday, but held near 3 1/2 month highs hit earlier this week as investors took comfort from a brightening global economic picture, as they absorbed the shock of the suspected Islamic State suicide bomb attacks in Brussels. 
        The Brussels attacks have disturbed the markets, says Ian Hui, Global Market Strategist at JPMorgan Asset Management in an interview . However, he is hopeful of markets recovering soon.
          India will cut oil imports by 10 percent in next six years by raising domestic output, conserving fuel and shifting to alternate sources like natural gas, Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said.

Indian Share Market Today's Overview

सेंसेक्स 333 अंक बढ़कर 25285 पर और निफ्टी 7700 के ऊपर बंद
हफ्ते के पहले कारोबारी सत्र सोमवार को ब्याज दरें घटने की उम्मीद से सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी जोरदार बढ़त के साथ बंद हुए है। बीएसई का 30 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स 332 अंक बढ़कर 25,285 और एनएसई का 50 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स निफ्टी 100 अंक बढ़कर 7704 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ है।

बैंकिंग, ऑटो और रियल्टी में खरीददारी
 ब्याज दरें घटने से बैंकिंग, ऑटो और रियल्टी स्टॉक्स में खरीददारी देखने को मिल रही है। बैंक निफ्टी 1.75 फीसदी, ऑटो 1.50 फीसदी और रियल्टी इंडेक्स 2 फीसदी बढ़कर बंद हुए है। इसको अलावा फार्मा और कमोडिटी इंडेक्स में भी 1.5 फीसदी तक का उछाल आया है।

मार्केट में क्यों आई तेजी 
ट्रेड स्विफट के सीईओ संदीप जैन के मुताबिक 4 अप्रैल को होने वाली आरबीआई की ब्याज दरों पर बैठक से पहले मार्केट में तेजी का रुझान बन गया है, क्योंकि इस बैठक में ब्याज दरें 0.25 फीसदी घटने की उम्मीद है। इसीलिए रेट सेंसेटिव स्टॉक्स यानी ऑटो, बैंकिंग, रियल्टी और फाइनेंशियल कंपनियों के स्टॉक्स में खरीददारी देखने को मिल रही है। इसके अलावा ग्लोबल मार्केट में स्थिरता और डॉलर में गिरावट से इमर्जिंग मार्केट्स एफआईआई की खरीददारी लौटी है। जिसका फायदा सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी को भी मिल रहा है।

मार्केट दो महीने की ऊंचाई पर 
सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी में तेजी का दौरा जारी है। घरेलू मार्केट दो महीने की ऊंचाई पर पहुंच गए है। साथ ही 6 जनवरी 2016 के बाद पहली बार निफ्टी ने 7700 के स्तर को पार कर दिया है।

ई-कॉमर्स ट्रेड पर जल्द टैक्स लग सकता है। ई-कॉमर्स ट्रेड पर बनी एक सरकारी समिति ने 1 लाख रुपए से ऊपर की डील्स पर इक्वलाइजेशन लेवी लगाने का सुझाव दिया है। इसका असर सीधे तौर पर ई-कॉमर्स बिजनेस पर पड़ेगा। समिति ने इससे संबंधित कई सिफारिशें सरकार को सौंप दी हैं।
