Market News:-

The market has started on positive note Monday. The Sensex is up 60.76 points or 0.2 percent at 25013.50, and the Nifty is up 14.85 points or 0.2 percent at 7619.20. About 346 shares have advanced, 110 shares declined, and 37 shares are unchanged.
        SBI, GAIL, Lupin, Sun Pharma and Wipro are top gainers while Hero, Adani Ports, Dr Reddy's Labs, Infosys and Maruti are losers in the Sensex.
          The Indian rupee opened marginally higher at 66.45 per dollar versus 66.50 Friday.

         After investors survey, Ridham Desai of Morgan Stanley s ays investors bullishness on Indian stocks has come off even as investors remain overweight on India.
          Shares of ITC rose 2 percent intraday. Credit Suisse maintains its outperform rating on ITC, stating that it can rejoice as most states have not hiked value added tax on cigarettes in Budget.

देश के कुछ बड़े मंदिरों के दिलचस्पी जाहिर करने के बाद गोल्ड मोनेटाइजेशन स्कीम को रफ्तार मिलने लगी है। इस स्कीम के अंतर्गत अभी तक 3 टन सोना जमा हो गया है। हालांकि सरकार इस योजना के नियमों में कुछ बदलाव करने पर विचार कर रही है। इसके लिए इंडस्ट्री के साथ बैठकर स्कीम की समीक्षा की जा चुकी है।

किराये पर मकान देना अब और मुनाफे का सौदा होने वाला है। जो लोग अपना घर किराये पर देंगे, उन्‍हें सरकार की ओर से इंसेंटिव दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए. सरकार जल्‍द ही रेंटल हाउसिंग पॉलिसी लाने वाली है। सफलतापूर्वक संसद से रियल एस्‍टेट (रेग्‍युलेशन एंड डेवलपमेंट) बिल पास कराने के बाद सरकार जल्‍द ही पॉलिसी को लॉन्‍च कर सकती है। सरकार का दावा है कि इस पॉलिसी के आने से देश में घरों की कमी काफी हद तक दूर हो जाएगी।

एयरबस भारत में खोलेगी ट्रेनिंग सेंटर, 266 करोड़ रुपए का करेगी इंवेस्टमेंट

भारत के एविश्एन मार्केट अपनी पकड़ को मजबूत करने के लिए यूरोप की सबसे बड़ी एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी एयरबस अपना ट्रेनिंग सेंटर खोलने जा रही है। इस ट्रेनिंग सेंटर में पायलेट और मेंटीनेंस इंजीनिएर्स को ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। कंपनी इसके लिए 266 करोड़ रुपए का इंवेस्टमेंट करेगी।

Market News:-

• The market started off last day of the week on a positive note, tracking global and oil rally. The 30-share BSE Sensex rose 79.40 points to 24756.77 and the Nifty advanced 21.65 points to 7534.20.
• Hindalco Industries, Bharti Airtel, TCS, ONGC, Adani Ports, Idea Cellular, Cairn India and Vedanta gained 1-2 percent while Lupin fell 2 percent on CLSA downgrade. Sun Pharma, HUL, Dr Reddy's Labs and BPCL were other losers.
• The Indian rupee opened with a gain of 13 paise at 66.62 per dollar today against previous close of 66.75.
• Asian markets were mixed with the Shanghai rising 1.9 percent and Hang Seng up 0.7 percent while Nikkei fell 1.4 percent.
• Cement prices have rebounded by Rs 20-70 per bag in the north, west and central regions in the past one month. On the other hand, prices have fallen by Rs 10-30 per bag in the east and south.
• Christopher Wood of CLSA says current crude oil rally is a countertrend move driven by hopes of a production freeze between Russia and Saudi Arabia and will fail, just as the rally in the second quarter of last year failed.

फेड के फैसले से पहले मार्केट में तेजी, सेंसेक्स 131 अंक बढ़कर बंद

अमेरिकी सेंट्रल बैंक फेडरल रिजर्व की बैठक के फैसल से पहले सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी बढ़कर बंद हुए है। बीएसई का 30 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स 131 अंक बढ़कक 24682 के स्तर पर क्लोज हुआ है। वहीं, एनएसई का 50 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स निफ्टी 38 अंक बढ़कर 7498 पर बंद हुआ है।

बैंकिंग और एफएमसीजी इंडेक्स में तेजी

एनएसई के प्रमुख इंडेक्स में बैंकिंग और एफएमसीजी में जोरदार उछाल देखने को मिला है। बैंक निफ्टी 0.88 फीसदी बढ़कर 15461 के स्तर क्लोज हुआ है। वहीं, एफएमसजी इंडेक्स 1.05 फीसदी बढ़कर 19336 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ है। हालांकि मुनाफावसूली के चलते रियल्टी इंडेक्स पर दबाव रहा है। रियल्टी इंडेक्स आधा फीसदी गिरकर 148 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ है

निफ्टी के 50 में से 27 स्टॉक्स में खरीददारी

एनएसई के बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स निफ्टी में शामिल 50 में से 27 स्टॉक्स में खरीददारी देखने को मिली है। खासकर आईसीआईसीआई बैंक 2.5 फीसदी, कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक 2 फीसदी और एक्सिस बैंक 1.68 फीसदी उछलक बंद हुए है। जबकि हिंडाल्को, वेदांता और एशियन पेंट्स में 2.75 फीसदी तक की गिरावट आई है।

एसबीआई के स्टॉक में आज दिन भर दबाव देखने को मिला है। सुबह 184.80 रुपए पर खुलने के बाद दिन में 181.65 रुपए का निचला स्तर छुआ है। दरअसल एसबीआई ने चौथी तिमाही में पिछली तिमाही से 40 फीसदी कम एडवांस टैक्स भरा है। तिमाही दर तिमाही आधार पर एसबीआई ने चौथी तिमाही में 1794 करोड़ रुपए के मुकाबले 687 करोड़ रुपए का एडवांस टैक्स दिया है।
