Tata Steel: Tata Steel UK has signed a letter of intent with Liberty House to sell its UK speciality steel business, the company said in a statement on Monday. The deal, which also covers several South-Yorkshire based assets, is being pegged at an enterprise value of £100 million.

Sun Pharma: Sun Pharma launched BromSite solution, marked for treatment of postoperative inflammation and prevention of ocular pain in patients undergoing cataract surgery, in the US market.

Oil India: The company has posted a net profit of Rs 580 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 706 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.

Mahanagar Gas: Mahanagar Gas registered a net profit of Rs 102.24 crore, up 41%, against Rs 72.57 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

JSW Steel: JSW Steel has joined one of two investor groups vying to take over Italy's loss-making Ilva steel plant, as per media report.

Cipla: Cipla Ltd is in discussions to sell Cipla Vet, its animal health division, as per media report. According to the report, the company hired global investment bank Rothschild to find potential buyers.

State Bank of India: SBI on Wednesday slashed bulk deposit rates by up to 1.9%, taking advantage of the surge in deposits following demonetisation.
  
Tata Motors: Tata Motors has called an extraordinary general meeting on December 22 to seek shareholders' approval for removing Cyrus Mistry and Nusli Wadia as directors of the company.  

PC Jeweller: The company posted a net profit of Rs 1,06.9 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 92 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Sun Pharma: The pharma company has entered into an agreement to acquire 85.1% of JSC Biosintez, that makes and markets pharmaceutical products in Russia and the CIS region.  

Cipla Ltd: The company is divesting its minority 16.7% stake in Chase Pharmaceuticals Corporation, to a subsidiary of Allergan Plc.

Canara Bank: The bank is planning to sell a portion of its 43% stake in arm Can Fin Homes as part of the government's diktat asking public sector banks look to sell their noncore businesses. 

UltraTech Cement: The company on Tuesday said the Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) has granted a stay on an order passed by the fair trade regulator Competition Commission of India against the company on deposit of 10% of the penalty amount.  

Reliance Industries: CAG has pulled up the Income Tax department for giving benefit of Rs 1,767 crore to the port and terminal arm of Reliance Industries by allowing deductions meant for public facilities to the company's captive jetties.  

Bharti Airtel: The telecom company said its customers in the city could face some "teething issues" over the next few days as the country's largest telecom operator upgrades its 3G network.

 Larsen & Toubro: Larsen & Toubro on Tuesday reported a 84% in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,435 crore for the quarter ended September 30 as compared to Rs 778 crore in the same period last year.

Tata Consultancy Services: Cyrus Mistry made certain unsubstantiated allegations, which cast aspersions on Tata Sons Ltd and its board and “the Tata group as a whole”, Tata Sons said in an explanatory statement to its notice calling a meeting of shareholders in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.  
Arvind Ltd: Textiles and branded apparel major Arvind Ltd has raised Rs 740 crore by diluting stake in subsidiary Arvind Fashions Ltd. The company has completed the transaction and raised the amount from Multiples, a private equity firm.  
Wipro: The company announced that it has been selected as a member of the global Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) - 2016 for the seventh year in succession. Wipro is included in both the DJSI World and Emerging Markets Indices.
Mahindra & Mahindra: M&M opened its Rs1.50bn spare parts warehouse in Jaipur to cater to customers in north and north western regions of the country for both automotive and tractor spare parts. 
Reliance Infrastructure: RInfra has won an EPC order for Rs 36.75 bn from NLC India Limited for setting up two lignite based CFBC thermal power projects with a capacity of 250MW each.

Punjab National Bank: The bank has cut interest rate on fixed deposits by up to 0.25% in line with competition.  

HDFC, Unitech: With Unitech defaulting on loan repayment, housing finance major HDFC said it has sold the realty firm's outstanding loan of Rs 869 crore to JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company (JMFARC).  
Reliance Capital: Reliance Capital is planning to raise up to Rs 3,500 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs). 

Infosys: Infosys has invested Rs 145 mn in a start-up UNSILO. The investment is done through Infosys innovation fund.  

India Cements: India Cements reported a 62% jump in standalone net profit at Rs 62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. It had posted a net profit of Rs 38.5 crore in the year-ago period.

हफ्ते के आखिरी कारोबारी दिन भी स्टॉक मार्केट में सुस्ती जारी है। किसी बड़े ट्रिगर के न होने से मार्केट सीमित दायरे में कारोबार कर रहा है। सेंसेक्स फिलहाल 35 अंक बढ़कर 26262 के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहा है। वहीं, निफ्टी 17 अंक बढ़ कर 8096 के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहा है। वहीं, निफ्टी 17 अंक बढ़ कर 8096 के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहा है। एनएसई पर फार्मा, एनर्जी और सरकारी बैंकों के इंडेक्स में बढ़त देखने को मिल रही है। वहीं एफएमसीजी और मेटल सेक्टर में गिरावट है

मिडकैप स्टॉक्स में बढ़त 
शुक्रवार के कारोबार में मिड कैप स्टॉक्स में सबसे तेज बढ़त देखने को मिली है। फिलहाल मिडकैप सेक्टर इंडेक्स 0.67 फीसदी की बढ़त के साथ कारोबार कर रहा है। फिलहाल मिडकैप सेक्टर इंडेक्स 0.67 फीसदी की बढ़त के साथ कारोबार कर रहा है। वहीं स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स पिछले स्तर के करीब ही बना हुआ है। इंडियन बैंक और पेट्रोनेट एलएनजी करीब 6 फीसदी बढ़त के साथ कारोबार कर रहे हैं।  
बड़े बैंकों के स्टॉक में गिरावट 
मार्केट की शुरुआत में बड़े बैंकों के स्टॉक्स में गिरावट दर्ज की गई है। एचडीएफसी बैंक में 0.42 फीसदी की गिरावट देखी जा रही है। जबकि पीएनबी में 0.44 फीसदी और आईसीआईसीआई बैंक 0.35 फीसदी की गिरावट देखी जा रही है। वहीं कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक में 0.48 फीसदी और एक्सिस बैंक में 0.18 फीसदी की तेजी दर्ज की जा रही है।  
इन स्टॉक्स में सबसे ज्यादा तेजी 
बीएसई पर सबसे ज्यादा गिरने वाले शेयरों में पीसी ज्वैलर्स(5.48 फीसदी), एसआरएफ(5.26 फीसदी), सन टीवी (3.03 फीसदी), चोला फाइनेंस (5.05 फीसदी) की गिरावट दर्ज की जा रही है।  
सबसे ज्यादा गिरने वाले स्टॉक्स 
बीएसई पर सबसे ज्यादा गिरने वाले शेयरों में पीसी ज्वैलर्स(5.48 फीसदी), एसआरएफ(5.26 फीसदी), सन टीवी (3.03 फीसदी), चोला फाइनेंस (5.05 फीसदी) की गिरावट दर्ज की जा रही है।  
अमेरिकी मार्केट में तेजी 
गुरुवार के कारोबारी सत्र में अमेरिकी मार्केट तेजी के साथ बंद हुए। डाओ जोंस 35.68 अंक यानी 0.19 फीसदी बढ़कर 18903.82 पर, एसएंडपी-500 इंडेक्स 10.18 अंक यानी 0.47 फीसदी बढ़कर 2187.12 पर और नैस्डेक 39.39 अंक यानी 0.74 फीसदी की मजबूती के साथ 5333.97 पर बंद हुआ।

टाटा ग्रुप की होल्डिंग कंपनी टाटा संस की बोर्ड बैठक जारी है। बैठक में सायरस मिस्त्री को हटाए जाने के बाद पहली बार रतन टाटा और मिस्त्री आमने-सामने है। बाजार भी इस बैठक पर नजर बनाए हुए है। ये बैठक काफी अहम है। खबरों के मुताबिक मिस्त्री को डायरेक्टर के पद से हटाना बोर्ड के एजेंडे में नहीं है। टीसीएस के सीईओ और एमडी एन चंद्रशेखरन, जेएलआर के सीईओ राल्फ स्पेथ भी इस बैठक में शामिल हैं।

  • Tata Chemicals: The company reported a marginal increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 293 crore for the second quarter of the 2016-17 fiscal, on lower fertiliser sales. Tata Chemicals had posted a net profit of Rs 293 crore in the same quarter of the 2015-16 fiscal.
